It directed the probe agency to file a reply to Aggarwal's application on December 15, the next date of hearing. In his application, Aggarwal has mentioned the names of 10 persons as culprits who were actively involved in the scam.

Earlier, CBI counsel Harish Gulati submitted that the agency had arrested six persons on Monday in connection with the scam.
The six -- Srichand, Ashwini Sharma, Asutosh Pant, Gokul Aggarwal, Anna Wankhade and U.S. Bhatnagar -- were on Tuesday remanded to 10 days' police custody up to December 24 by Additional Sessions Judge Indermeet Kaur Kochhar at the Patiala House courts.
