24/7 Customer strengthens partnership with Aviva
CHENNAI:
24/7 Customer, a provider of outsourced contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has signed a new relationship with Aviva, the world's fifth largest insurance company, to start operations in Chennai dedicated to Aviva. The Chennai centre will have 1,800 seats and will serve the U.K. market of Aviva and will commence operations in February 2006, according S. Nagarajan, Founder and COO of 24/7 Customer. The relationship between the two commenced in April 2003 with the setting up of a separate subsidiary by 24/7 Customer. The relationship has grown to 1,100 people servicing the U.K. and Canadian operations of Aviva in the last two-and-half years. To manage the growth a 1,700-seat dedicated centre was opened on Monday at Brookefields in Bangalore.
