GUNTUR: Veterinary health camps will be conducted in 135 villages across the 57 mandals of Guntur district in a phased manner from Thursday to control the diseases affecting the cattle, sheep and goats, said Animal Husbandry Joint Director P.D. Kondala Rao. To counter diseases like Foot and Mouth disease, Foot Rot and uterine disorders, the department had procured 22 types of medicines, he said. The programme would be on till December 30.
