Isolated rain likely in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at a few places over Lakshadweep. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu annd dry weather prevailed over Andhra Pradesh, Karnnataka and Kerala.

The minimum temperature fell appreciably at one or two places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, north interior Karnataka, fell at a few places over rest coastal Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over rest north interior Karnataka, south interior Karnataka, rose at one or two places over coastal Karnataka and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were appreciably below normal at a few places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, north interior Karnataka, below normal at one or two places over rest coastal Andhra Pradesh, rest Telangana, above normal at one or two places over Tamil Nadu, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

Forecast (Valid until Saturday morning): Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
