Survey to identify works under Indiramma scheme

CHITTOOR: The district administration will be taking up a survey on Thursday in the villages selected under Indiramma scheme, according to official sources.

As many as 480 panchayats have been selected in the first phase in the district under the scheme which will be implemented from next year. The Government has undertaken the scheme to provide basic amenities in the rural and urban areas besides implementing cent per cent welfare activities. In each mandal, one third population areas have been selected. Mandal committees have been constituted to prepare an action plan.
