Elect those who will strive for development: Deve Gowda

Belgaum: The former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (S) president, H.D. Deve Gowda, has appealed to voters to elect his party candidates and those who will strive for development.

He was addressing an election rally in Ramdurg on Wednesday.

Mr. Deve Gowda, who was accompanied by party leaders from the district, including the former Union Minister, Babagouda Patil, former Ministers, Rambhau Potdar, Leeladevi R. Prasad and Umesh V. Kati, and former Lok Sabha member S.B. Sidnal, is campaigning for the party candidates in Ramdurg, Bailhongal and Raibag taluks. He said a vote for the Janata Dal (S) will be regarded as an vote for farmer, for industrial workers and unemployed youth.
