Pondicherry: The Kattabomman Youth Welfare Association in Manaveli in Ariankuppam Assembly constituency near here has in collaboration with the self-help groups in the village held a special AIDS awareness programme on Tuesday. The president of the Association, M.Bakathavatchalam, who presided, referred to the various strategies the Pondicherry AIDS Control Society was adopting.
