Rate payers seek civic advisory panel

Kakinada: The Rate Payers Association at its meeting here on Thursday with PSRK Thimmajirao in the chair, has resolved to request the Collector to appoint a small committee with scientists, technocrats of repute and intellectuals to advise and assist the district administration in dealing with important public issues.
