`Krsna Maduryam'



Parvathi Ravi Ghantasala

Scenes from the Bhagavad Gita will come alive in Chennai on Friday.

Kala Pradarshini is presenting `Krsna Maduryam' a multi-media presentation of select verses from the Song Divine at a programme at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore (6-30 p.m.) The presenters will be Parvathi Ravi Ghantasala and group. The performers include Srikanth, Ranjithbabu, Mathura Viswanathan, Swarna and students of Kalapradarshini.

Conceptualised by retired judge K.S. Bakthavatsalam, the music for the programme has been composed by L. Vaidyanathan and Hariprasad. Musician M. Balamuralikrishna and L. Sabaretnam will be the guests of honour.
