THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has invited applications for admission to the postgraduate courses at Government ayurveda colleges and at VPSV Ayurveda College, Kottakkal, for the year 2005-06. The entrance examination for these courses will be held at Thiruvananthapuram on January 15. The examination will have two papers, each containing 150 objective-type questions. Each paper will be of two hours duration. The entrance examination will be for filling all seats except those reserved for teachers of ayurveda colleges, medical colleges in the ISM department and for nominees from Lakshadweep.
Application fee
Those applying for the service quota seats should remit Rs.800 as application fee in the treasury account head `0210-02-101-99'. Those applying for the merit seats should send in their applications to the office of the commissioner so as to reach there before 5 p.m. on January 5. Those applying in the service quota should send their applications to the Director Ayurveda, Arogya Bhavan, MG Road, Thiruvananthapuram, through the controlling officer, and with all certificates and the challan receipt, so as to reach that office before 5 p.m. on January 5.
