A NOBLE GESTURE: D. Matha, native of Kakinada, who lost her purse near Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi temple in Visakhapatnam on Thursday, narrates her grievance to police constable S. Govindamma. The latter directs her to the One Town SI to lodge a complain t and gives Rs.200 from her pocket for travel expenses. This is the first instance of theft after the commencement of the annual `Margasira Masotsavam' on December 2.
