Marad panel to examine Maudany

KOZHIKODE: The Marad Judicial Inquiry Commission will examine People's Democratic Party (PDP) leader Abdul Nasir Maudany at the Coimbatore Central Jail on Friday.

Maudany is lodged in the Coimbatore Central Jail in connection with the Coimbatore serial blast case. He will be examined by the Commission at 10 a.m. at the prison, following formalities in connection with the completion of his examination. Judge Thomas P. Joseph presided over the sitting held here on Saturday at which no fresh evidence was adduced.
