SEBI bar on DSQ Biotech

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has banned, with immediate effect, DSQ Biotech Ltd from accessing the capital markets or dealing in securities till April 9, 2008. "DSQ Biotech has been found guilty of violating the provisions of Regulation 4(a), (b) and (d) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to securities market) Regulations, 1995," SEBI stated in a release on Monday.
