Lahore: President Pervez Musharraf has announced a reward of Rs. 2 lakhs each for the members of the Pakistan cricket team that beat England in the fourth ODI to take an unassailable lead in the five-match series against the visitor. According to an Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) report President Musharraf, who visited Pindi Cricket Stadium to watch the match on Monday, announced the award at the prize distribution ceremony. ``It was a great gesture on the part of the President and will further motivate the team,'' Pakistan skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq said. General Musharraf and his son Bilal watched one hour of Pakistan's innings . Before leaving, the General had a word with the ICC President Ehsan Mani and promised to come back "if the match got interesting''. He kept his promise and returned to watch the cliffhanger which finished with a 13-run victory for his country. UNI
