KARIMNAGAR: The Mahasivaratri jatara at the Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Devasthanam in the historic Vemulawada temple town would be held from February 25 to 27, 2006, on a massive scale. The district administration and the temple authorities have started making elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the three-day jatara. The temple authorities are expecting heavy rush of pilgrims on the eve of the Samakka-Sarakka jatara in neighbouring Warangal district.
