Proceedings against Bala Saibaba stayed

Legal Correspondent

HYDERABAD: The High Court on Tuesday stayed all further proceedings in a criminal case filed against Bala Saibaba and his associates.

Justice Thamada Gopalakrishna, while granting stay of further proceedings, was not inclined to grant the order dispensing with the appearance of Bala Saibaba. The Judge was dealing with a petition filed by Bala Saibaba and others.

The petitioners complained that one Mr. Siva Prasad had filed a private criminal complaint in the name of criminal trespass. It was informed to the court that this is second round of vexatious litigation. The case was admitted by the Judge and further proceedings stayed.
