Inauguration: Vice-Chancellor M.K. Ramachandran Nair will inaugurate the new buildings that will house the Department of Biotechnology and the Karyavattom campus library at 11 a.m. on Wednesday. The inaugural ceremony will be held on the premises of the Golden Jubilee building at Karyavattom.

Examination centre: Candidates writing the first semester M.Sc. computer science (IDE) who had asked for Mar Ivanios College and the Keltron IT Centre as examination centres should write their examinations at Government Sanskrit College. Those who opted for the UIT Centre, Alappuzha, should write their examinations at SD College, Alappuzha. FMN College, Kollam, and the Keltron IT Centre, Kozhikode, will be the other examination centres.

Merit scholarship: The list of candidates eligible for the 2004-05 merit scholarships for MA, M.Sc., M.Com., MSW, MCA and MBA courses has been published. Those who have any complaints about the list should contact the respective principals with necessary evidence before December 31.
