RIDING THE WAVE OF SUCCESS: An interview with actor Asin will be aired on Christmas day

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: It is entertainment time on television. The channels are dishing out a variety of special programmes such as super-hit movies, celebrity interviews, live music shows and game shows on Sunday, Christmas day.

Apart from the usual fare, Asianet has lined up two hit movies- `Manassinakkare' and `Pulival Kalyanam;' an interview with Tamil superstar Asin; a live music programme featuring prominent singers; a cookery show, `Master Chef,' focussing on festival delicacies; and Christmas celebrations with actor Kalabhavan Mani.

Surya TV will telecast a special programme on Mammootty's latest movie, `Bus Conductor,' in which the superstar and actors Jayasurya, Nikhita, Mamata and Bhavana participate.

An interview with singer K.S. Chitra; Dileep's superhit movie, `CID Moosa;' and a quiz cum game-show compered by actor Urvasi are among other programmes of the day. Actor Kavya Madhavan appears as a guest on Koottikkal Jayachandran's `Comedy Time.'

Kairali TV is offering a live `sing and dance' event; a `mega stage event' featuring film and television artistes; a special show, `Nammude Swantham Mammoos,' featuring Mammootty and a cookery special. `Thenkasippattanam' is the late night super-hit movie on the channel.
