Ucal Fuel to disinvest stake in Engelhard

MUMBAI: Ucal Fuel Systems has decided to sell its 30 per cent stake in Engelhard Environmental Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. (EESIPL) to Engelhard Asia Pacific, LLC for Rs. 28 crore. The company informed the National Stock Exchange that it intends to disinvest its entire holding in EESIPL, consisting of 27.53 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
