Sahara India Mass Communication renamed

NEW DELHI: Sahara India group's unit that dealt in the areas of entertainment, `Sahara India Mass Communication,' has changed its name to `Sahara One Media and Entertainment Ltd.' with effect from December 16. ``The new name unites all our businesses under the equity of our `One' brand and we have plans to maximise the vast potential of our businesses,'' Sahara One Media and Entertainment Ltd. CEO, Shantonu Aditya, said. The company will launch its Hindi movie channel `Filmy' in January 2006, a company release said.
