Police given a day's custody of Moddu Sreenu

ANANTAPUR: The Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate's court on Thursday gave a day's custody of Moddu Sreenu to the Two Town police here for interrogation in the Tagarakuna Prabhakar murder case.

Accordingly, he was taken into custody by the Two Town police in the evening and moved to the police station after a customary health check-up at General Hospital. He was required to be surrendered to the court on Friday, as his judicial remand would expire on December 23.

Along with Moddu Sreenu, Suri, Obi Reddy, Narayana Reddy and Damodar Reddy are accused in the case. Except Damodar Reddy, others are also accused in the Paritala Ravindra murder case and are under judicial remand.
