KURNOOL: Tension prevailed at Kappatralla, a hotbed of factionalism, in Devanakonda mandal of Kurnool district on Thursday when ZPTC member Venkatappa Naidu and his nephew Madduleti Naidu entered into a verbal duel in the presence of police. Mr. Madduleti Naidu reportedly questioned the quarry workers, who were working for his uncle, on some issue. This led to charges and counter-charges by rival groups.
