Man succumbs to burns

HYDERABAD: A person aged about 30 years, who was found lying near Katta Mysamma temple beside Himayathsagar tank with burns on Thursday, died a few hours later after being shifted to Osmania General Hospital.

The victim claimed to be Abdullah of Kishanbagh but Rajendranagar police said his identity was yet to be established. Locals spotted the man suffering from burns around 8 a.m. and alerted the police who rushed him to OGH. Police said the victim did not explain as to how he suffered the burns.
