The West Bengal Speaker said the judiciary should be made free of corruption, as the people reposed their confidence in the judiciary. He said the battle against corruption should be fought more vigorously in the judiciary. He said the country needed judges who could apply the existing laws in conformity with the changing time. Then only social changes could be brought about in society. N.A.Ali, State general secretary of the union, presided. Bar Council chairman P.G.
