GUNTUR: A stamp duty writer, Vanukuri Purna Chandra Rao, created a commotion in the JKC College here on Thursday afternoon when he found his way into a college classroom and slit his wrist. Purnachandra Rao, who was reportedly in love with a student of the college, used to frequent the college gate, but on Thursday he tried to gain entry into the college premises, which was objected to by some students. He pushed them aside and came to the girl's classroom and slit his wrist in a demonstration of love for her. The Pattabhipuram police arrested Purnachandra Rao .
