Three injured in college fight

New Delhi: Three students of the Ramjas College in north Delhi were seriously injured after a fight broke out during the ongoing youth festival of the institution here this evening, police sources said.

A fight broke out at the `Mosaic' festival when a group of students booed the college principal as he walked up the stage for his address at about 7-30 p.m., they said.

Angered by the hooting down of the Principal, another group of students confronted their colleagues which led to the clashes.

Three students Alok, Ashutosh and Manish were seriously injured in the fight and admitted to the Bara Hindu Rao Hospital, the sources said. -- PTI
