HYDERABAD: The groupings for the 53rd senior National kabaddi championship for men and women to be held at Uppal Municipal Stadium here from Tuesday were released here late on Monday evening. Joint-winners in men's section last year - IndianR ailways and Punjab - were grouped in Pool A alongwith Goa, Gujarat and Orissa while, defending champions in women's section Railways are placed in Pool A and runner-up Maharashtra in Pool A Chief Minister Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy will inaugurate the meet. The groupings: Men: Pool A: Indian Railways, BSNL, Goa, Gujarat, Orissa. Pool B: Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Bihar, Hyderabad. Pool C: Services, Delhi, Manipur, Jharkhand, Vidarbha. Pool D: Haryana, BSB, Kerala, Pondicherry, Madhya Pradesh. Pool E: Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttaranchal, Andhra, J & K, Tripura. Pool F: Rajasthan, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Assam and Nagaland. Women: Pool A: Railways, Punjab, Uttaranchal, Pondicherry. Pool B: Maharashtra, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Assam, J & K. Pool C: Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Hyderabad and Nagaland. Pool D: Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa. Pool E: Vidarbha, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, Tripura. Pool F: Manipur, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra, Himachal Pradesh.
