ICICI Bank offloads stake in Federal Bank

NEW DELHI: ICICI Bank on Tuesday off-loaded 4.18 per cent of its holding in Federal Bank mainly to two FIIs — Goldman Sachs and Kuroto Fund LP — in block deals, for over Rs. 51 crore. With these deals, ICICI Bank's shareholding in Federal Bank has come down to close to 16 per cent.
