GULBARGA: The Tata Teleservices on Wednesday inaugurated its 101st Tata Indicom True Value Hub in Gulbarga city. Mr. Prabhat Pani, Chief Operating Officer of the Tata Teleservices told presspersons, after the inauguration of the Hub by the City MLA Chandrasekhar Patil Revoor, that the Hub has all customer-friendly services including touchscreen to provide details of prepaid and postpaid mobile services and `Walky' services. He said that the hub will also provide redressal to complaints filed by customers. It has facilities for online payment of bills. Mr. Pani said that the TATA Indicom, which had its mobile services covering 1,900 towns and 4,000 villages, will add 1,300 more towns by the end of March 2006 and improve the customer base from the current 7.1 million. At present, the customer base in Karnataka is 6.5 lakh. It covers 20 circles in Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Gujarat, Karnataka, New Delhi, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Bihar, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh (E), Uttar Pradesh (W), Kolkata, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal.
