Multi-Arc, UCT to form venture

MUMBAI: Multi-Arc India, which develops coatings for industrial customers, said it had decided to sign an agreement with Universal Chemical Technologies Inc. in order to forge a joint venture company, UCT (India) Pvt. Ltd. Multi-Arc will hold 51 per cent stake in the venture and UCT Inc. the remaining.
