1:1 swap for Gujarat NRE-FCGL merger

MUMBAI: The board of Gujarat NRE Coke on Thursday approved the merger of FCGL Industries with itself with a 1:1 share swap ratio, besides raising of further capital of up to Rs. 500 crore.
