Wockhardt ties up with Cigna

BANGALORE: Philadelphia based Cigna Insurance has tied up with the Wockhardt Hospitals group in India to accept direct payments from the Cigna International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB) health plans. Through this alliance Cigna's expatriate members and its covered international travellers will have access to medical treatment at any of the Wockhardt Group of hospitals across India on a cashless system with direct payments and guarantees of payment from CIEB. The members can access all inpatient healthcare facilities at Wockhardt Hospitals including specialised surgeries in cardiology, orthopaedics, neuro- surgery besides emergency care.
