Sabarimala special trains

CHENNAI : Southern Railway will run the following Sabarimala specials to clear the extra rush of passengers in January.

Train No.0665 Chennai Central - Kayankulam special will leave Central at 8 am on January 4 and reach Kayankulam at 10.15 p.m. the same day. The train will stop at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Trichur, Alwaye, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam and Chengannur.

Train no. 0766A Hyderabad - Ernakulam Special will leave Hyderabad at 9.30 a.m. on January 2 and 9 and reach Ernakulam Junction at 2.45 p.m. the next day. In the return direction, train no 0765A will leave Ernakulam Junction at 11.55 p.m. on January 3 and 10 and reach Hyderabad at 4.30 a.m. the third day. It will stop at Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Nidrubolu, Bapatla, Chirala, Ongole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tiruttani, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Podanur, Palghat, Ottapalam, Trichur, Alwaye and Ernakulam Town.

Advance reservation for the above trains is open, according to a railway press release.
