NEW DELHI: Punjab National Bank on Saturday announced revised interest rates for domestic term deposits with effect from January 2, 2006. While there has been no change in the existing interest rate on deposits of less than 179 days, those of 180 days to less than a year has been raised to 5.54 per cent (5.50 per cent); for one year to less than two years to 5.88 per cent (5.75 per cent); for two years to less than three years to 6.32 per cent (6 per cent); for three years to less than five years to 6.82 per cent (6.25 per cent) and for five-ten years 7.61 per cent (6.50 per cent). For senior citizens it will be 0.5 percentage point higher on all maturities. UNI
