CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has greeted the people of Haryana, the solders of all the three Armed Forces and all Indians settled abroad. In a New Year message issued here on Saturday, he said that the year 2005 had gone in the annals of Haryana's history as a year of change. While reposing their immense faith in the leadership of Sonia Gandhi, the people of Haryana had entrusted the task of State's development and their welfare to the Congress- led Government on March 5.
