Body of woman found

BANGALORE: An unidentified woman aged around 30 was found murdered at an eucalyptus grove in Vidyaranyapura police station limits on Sunday afternoon.

The police said the half-burnt body of the woman was found at the grove near Basavalingappa Colony.

The police said they were yet to ascertain the cause of the death and also whether she had been sexually attacked.

Recovered

The Vijayanagar police have arrested two persons on charges of burglary and recovered from them gold ornaments and electronic goods, together worth Rs. 15 lakhs. The accused had burgled three houses, the police said.
