Ship away the blues

A decommissioned aircraft of the French Navy sets sails for a ship-breaking unit in Gujarat amidst a hue and cry by environmentalists that it contains upwards of 500 tonnes of asbestos and hazardous material. If India were to send such ships to other countries to dump `hazardous material', what all would you load them with?
