Revenue adalats from today

KOCHI: The district-level inauguration of the revenue adalats to be held at the 117 village offices from Tuesday till January 20 will be performed by Fisheries and Sports Minister Dominic Presentation at the Elamkulam Village Office in the morning.

The inauguration of the adalats at all the village offices will be held on Tuesday morning. Adalats will be held at 14 villages per day in the morning and evening.

K.V. Thomas MLA will preside over the district-level inaugural function at Elamkulam. Industries Minister V.K. Ebrahim Kunju, Sebastian Paul, MP, Ludy Luis, MLA, and others will take part, according to District Collector A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish.

The adalats will be conducted by officers in the level of Deputy Collector. A total of 4,115 complaints have been received for the adalats. The highest number of complaints is from Kunnathunadu Region. In Kochi taluk, Puthuvyppu village office has received the highest number of 296 complaints.
