CBSE exams to begin on March 1

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education on Tuesday announced the schedule for the Class XII and Class X examinations conducted by it. While the Class XII examinations will begin on March 1 with the English paper, the Class X exams will begin with Social Science on March 2.

Giving details, the Board said that for Class XII the next paper would be History and Biotechnology among other subjects on March 3.

Physics has been scheduled for March 4 and Political Science, Marketing and Microbiology will be some of the subjects scheduled for March 6. For Science students, the paper on Biology will be on March 7.

While the Business Studies exam will be held on March 8, the paper on Sociology will be on March 9, Mathematics on March 11, Chemistry on March 17 and Accountancy on March 18.

The last paper for Class XII will be Music on April 8.
