Shakeel not our worker, say TTSI leaders

HYDERABAD:
Tehreek Tehfooz Shariat-e-Islam leaders on Wednesday said Shakeel, who was arrested along with another person Syed Hazi in connection with the suicide bombing on last Dasara night, did not belong to their organisation.
Reacting to reports that appeared in these columns based on police sources, the TTSI acting president Abdul Kalam Irfan said that Shakeel was no way connected to his association.
"Ours is an organisation fighting for the rights of minorities within the law. No person involved in terrorist activities is associated with us," Abdul Kalam Irfan said.
