Former Minister joins Congress

HYDERABAD: Kondru Pushpaleela, former Minister of Social Welfare in the Telugu Desam Government, on Thursday joined the Congress.

With about two dozen supporters in tow, she called on PCC president K. Keshava Rao and formally announced her decision.
