Television shows on law
Seven episodes of "Kanoonu Arivu Neravu" produced by the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority will be telecast every Saturday from January 7 between 6.30 p.m. and 7 pm on Bangalore Doordarshan. They will be repeated the next Monday on Chandana channel between 8 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.
BSNL meet
Open house sessions will be held at all office of Area Managers and by Deputy General Manager (Rural) of BSNL, Bangalore Telecom District, on January 7 from 10 am. Customers can get their grievances attended to and also make useful suggestions.
Mountain treks
The Karnataka Mountaineering Association has arranged two winter treks to Devarayanadurga and Kumaraparvatha between January 10 and 15. Those interested on joining can contact the KMA office at Gurunanak Bhavan, Jasma Bhavan Road, Vasanthnagar, Bangalore-560052 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on all weekdays.
