Court moves on infant's death

HYDERABAD : A Division Bench of the High Court on Thursday appointed Krishna Mohan, advocate to assist the court and submit a report regarding the death of an infant in Niloufer hospital due to electric short-circuit.

The Bench was passing these orders in a taken up writ petition.

The Bench treated news item published in this regard as a writ petition and sought the response from the authorities concerned.
