CHENNAI: A workshop on aesthetic rhinoplasty was conducted at SRM Dental College, Rampuram, near here on Thursday.

Consultant plastic surgeon V.B. Narayana Murthy and his team made a presentation on rhinoplasty and demonstrated how cleft palate and similar congenital defects could be corrected. They demonstrated the procedure before 100 medical professionals.

Dr. Murthy emphasised the importance of rhinoplasty in cleft patients and patients who require cosmetic surgery.
