KOTTAYAM: The KPCC will take up the issue of curtailment of ration subsidy and slash in the quantity of rice and wheat distributed through the ration shops with the Centre, KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala has said. Addressing a meet-the-press programme here on Saturday, Mr. Chennithala said the memorandum in this regard would be submitted to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and AICC president and UPA chairman Sonia Gandhi on Monday.
