Scribe found dead

Vijayanand, who came to Warangal to appear for BCJ examination, was found dead under mysterious conditions.

WARANGAL: A correspondent working for the Prasar Bharati in Mahabubnagar district M. Vijayanand was found dead under mysterious circumstances here on Saturday morning. According to the police, Vijayanand came to town to appear for the BCJ examination of Kakatiya University and was staying at the municipal guesthouse. Some of his friends from Mahabubnagar joined him on Friday night. They went to a deserted place near the Warangal Fort late in the night and had a party there. On Saturday morning, Mr. Vijayanand was found dead. His head was smashed with boulders. Old enmity could be the reason for the murder, police suspect.
