Applications invited to set up small trade

TAHDCO to extend term loans with subsidy

Dharmapuri: Applications are invited from those belonging to SC/ST and denotified communities for starting small business or industrial activity in the district.

In a statement here, Collector M. Chandrasekaran said that Tamil Nadu Adi-Dravidar Housing Development Corporation (TAHDCO) had arranged to extend term loans with subsidy to those from SC/ST and denotified communities.

The eligibility would be a pass in Class VIII. Candidates should be between 18 and 35 years.

For availing themselves of the loans, the annual income ceiling has been fixed at Rs.18,460 for those from rural areas, and Rs. 28, 53 for those in urban areas.

Applications filled and attached with photocopies of family ration card, residence, community and income certificates should be forwarded to the District Manager, TAHDCO, Dharmapuri on or before January 12.
