CHENNAI: With the arrival of one more team of the Bangalore police in connection with the shooting incident on the Indian Institute of Science campus, Chennai continues to be among places investigators are looking for possible suspects. Informed sources told The Hindu that the team comprised an Assistant Commissioner of Police and an Inspector and was camping in the city. Soon after the incident, a two-member team from Karnataka had arrived here. It questioned Basheer Khan Mysoori, a preacher hailing from Mangalore. The Tamil Nadu police also conducted enquiries with him. Later, a Karnataka police team took Mysoori to Bangalore for further questioning. The sources said no one had been arrested in the city.
