Two cars damaged as tree falls in Rajajinagar

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Two parked cars were completely damaged when a roadside tree fell on them on Sunday.

This resulted in a traffic jam near Bhashyam Circle in Rajajinagar.

However, there were no casualties or injuries to anyone. An electric pole also collapsed in the process. There was tension in the area for sometime as Fire Services personnel and the police rushed to clear the tree and the damaged vehicles.

Traffic was disrupted for about an hour and half on the busy route. Incoming traffic was diverted but only after road-users endured the traffic jam.
