VIJAYAWADA: Governor Susheel Kumar Shinde will arrive here on Wednesday. He will proceed to Amaravathi to attend the "Kalachakra" Buddhist programme there.

Later, Mr. Shinde will return to Vijayawada and will attend as chief guest at the valedictory of 17th Vijayawada Book Festival at 4 p.m. He will leave for Hyderabad in the evening.
